I had a blast last Sat but instead of writing my own, I decided to copy-and-paste bestie's entry. She's spot-on on the main highlights and it's definitely funnier and better that what I'll write. And, I get to save time too! Hehehehe... thanks galfren! The ones in brown are taken from the blog..

"the impromptu IKEA excursion

it started off with an intellectual agenda - to the national library. macam paham! once we arrrived in bugis i got distracted by the growling of my tummy over at KFC and after lunch somehow my eyes fall upon the SALE board outside DIVA. went bonkers over the 'to-die-for' SALE in diva and then the eyes started to roam again and the next targetted attention was to the cinema ticketing booth opposite diva and right away the idea of catching a movie sounded appealing. so diva shopping and then popcorns & movie. while inside diva, i realised i have too many unorganised accessories at home. it is either i get them organised or to archive them into the bin. NOOO bin! so sayang.. to systematize it is. the thought sparked off the idea to get a corkboard - initially i thought suli was yakking crap about some cockboard haha.. nahh that's not her. so.. where to get corkboard? IKEA? "suli nak gi ikea?". so that was how i ended up in ikea. library? ape tuh?"

And the rest is history...

oh! and im super super delighted that Ikea now has a 'surau' and the halal food section is finally certified! wo-hooo! Tho I'll be even more delighted if their meat balls and chicken are halal. Hehehe...
