The place has not changed a bit since the last time I was there during my A levels days watching " Hang Tuah " ( if i can rem correctly ). This time round, I was there for my sister's play, " Campur Satu! ", a play which embedded alot of realistic issues which are close to the hearts of youngsters.

If you think that being involved in the arts scene in Singapore is glamourous, think again. The individuals who are driven by the passion here certainly do not get to enjoy any ravishing treats. Mostly, they do not receive any remuneration, other than allowances, for their time and effort in promoting the arts. Many are still not open to the idea of watching plays and dramas especially those by our local talents. All I can say is that their work is applaudable and that we should give them our support. Afterall, isnt Singapore painting itself as an arts hub?
